Now, you Should Know about 3DS Max Edit poly modeling before starting this tutorial .

if yes now fire up 3d studio max .

Then Create the Box someting like this :


Also Create 2 Cylinders like below :


You can scale cylinders a bit.
after that create the another one :



In the Top View Create Another box and covert it to Edit poly and Move the Vertices Like Below :


So. Fix The Vertices in Left View :



Now , Select The 3 Edges and Right click and then Select Connect From Menu  and then click OK.


Repeat it For More Times and then Move the Vertices front a bit :



and now delete the faces


Now You Should Have something like this :



Add Shell Modifier to Get The Sides; Depth .



Now Add Another Cylinder in front of the box just created :



Now Hide Every Thing in scene  by Pressing Ctrl + A and then Right click and Select Hide Selection from menu:


Create the plane in front view and convert it to edit poly . this is in perspective view



Press Alt + C to Cut The Plane Like This in Front View :
The Black line is The Center of Plane .


Now Delete the Faces like below by pressing Del on Keyboard :



Also Exturde it like this :



Now Connect and Set The Vertices in Left view :



Now Connect More Like This :



Now Unhide all . And Place the Shaped Just Created .
Some times you need to scale it a bit .



Now Extrude it more like below and Add The Subdivide and Turbosmooth modifiers :


Create Another Cylinder like below :
with very Small Radius .



Move the Center Edge to Right :


Create Torus Like Below in front of the rod just created  and connect them to each other.



Again Hide every thing . and create plane and convert it to edit poly and move the vertices like below:




Add Subdivide and Turbo Smooth
