[1] Take a new file of 600 pixels, 600 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Fill that background layer with #9e9e9e. Now create a new shape with the help of "Rectangular Marquee Tool" fill that layer with white color.

[3] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.





[4] Create a new shape with "Rectangular Marquee Tool" fill that layer with #cd811f.

[5] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.



[6] Take the "Brush Tool" set your brush size.

[7] Open a new layer then play with your brush tool.

[8] For this layer set the Opacity by 15%.


[9] Create another shape with "Rectangular Marquee Tool" fill that layer with black color.

[10] Adjust Blending Options for this layer.


[11] Take the "Brush Tool" set your brush see in the next image.

[12] Now create a new layer make sure your foreground is set to #593e0f. Now create tobacco see in the next image.

[13] Hope you will make modifications and make a more better.
